2. Estimates and Payments

• Estimates: All project estimates are provided based on current information and may change if additional work or materials are required.

• Payment Terms: Payment schedules will be outlined in the contract. Payments may be required in stages for larger projects. For some projects, $0 upfront may be offered, subject to agreement.

• Pricing Guarantee: We reserve the right to offer pricing incentives, including the option to match or beat competitor quotes as described in promotional offers.

3. Scheduling and Completion

• We will make reasonable efforts to schedule and complete projects promptly.

• Delays due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances may occur and are not the responsibility of the company.

• Clients will be notified of any significant delays.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide access to the property for inspections, work, and cleanup.

• Disclose any known property conditions that may affect the project.

• Ensure that pets and children are kept safe and away from work areas.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

• Workmanship is guaranteed according to industry standards and as outlined in any written agreements.

• Manufacturer warranties on materials (shingles, siding, gutters, solar equipment, etc.) are provided as specified by the respective manufacturer.

• Our company is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by acts of God, natural disasters, or improper maintenance.

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Total liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of the company and protected by copyright laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.
